1. Cancellation Policy Specific to Sri Lankan Hotels, Resorts & other properties:

(a) Cancellation Policy for Standard Bookings:
Cancellation up to 7 working days prior to Check-in Date - Full refund less US$15.00 Administration Charge and Credit Card refund charges. Cancellation less than 7 working days prior to check-in Date: First night will be charged Non-Arrival/No Show (one night will be charged) plus US$15.00 Administration Charge and Credit Card refund charges.

(b) Cancellation Policy for Last Moment Bookings:
Last Moment Bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If No Show/Non-Arrival - Cancellation Charge will be 2 nights plus US$15.00 Administration Charge and Credit Card refund charges.

(c) Cancellation Policy specific to individual hotels:
Certain hotels enforce a Cancellation Policy different to 1(a) and 1(b) above. The details are given in the specific hotel's room rate sheet displayed on the www.srilanka.com website. Customer confirms acceptance of the Cancellation Policy of these specific hotels which over-rides the terms of the general Cancellation Policy 1(a) and 1(b) above.

2. Cancellation Policy Specific to Maldives Hotels, Resorts & other Properties:

(a) If a client, whose accommodation and transfers are fully confirmed, does not show up, the client will be charged the full cost of accommodation and cost of one way transfer from the airport to the respective hotel/resort.

(b) If a client, whose accommodation and transfers are fully confirmed, does not cancel before the specified release period of the particular hotel, the client will be charged 50% or 100% of the full accommodation charge - depending on the date of cancellation.

(c) No Refund will be made for "under-stays".

(d) Cancellation Policy specific to individual Hotel, Resorts etc: Certain hotels enforce a Cancellation Policy different to 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) above. The details are given in the specific hotel's room rate sheet and/or the mini-site displayed on the www.srilanka.com website. Customer confirms acceptance of the Cancellation Policy of these specific hotels which over-ride the terms of the general Cancellation Policy 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) above.

Confirmation of Reservations:
Reservations will be confirmed within 36 hours of making a Booking Request. Full details of the hotel you have requested, or the alternative that we have booked for you, will be provided.

In the unlikely event of a confirmed hotel booking being unavailable, we will use our best efforts to supply similar class of accommodation within the same geographical area. Any additional cost difference will be borne by us.

Our Charges:
Our charges are only for room and, if applicable, the meal plan (bread and breakfast, lunch, dinner or all inclusive) indicated in our Price List. Our prices are subject to change with any increase in government taxes. In the event of an increase, we will inform you on the additional amount payable. A Supplementary billing will be issued which is payable immediately.

All Bank Charges and processing fees for remittance to our Bank Account are on Customer's account.

Changes:
Should you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us with your unique Booking ID. If your reservation was made through a Travel Agency, please contact your Travel Agent.

Any changes or amendments to the hotel booking, such as change of name, will be treated as a new booking and an applicable Cancellation Charge and/or Administrative Charge may apply.

Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes, terrorist action or threat of war.
